2022-03-13 – On Earth, as It Is in Heaven – Matt Walker

How can we pray “Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” to our Heavenly Father when we humans on earth do so much stuff that’s our own will?  There might be some clues in the rest of Scripture when Heaven and Earth appear together, like they do in the stories of Abraham giving Melchizedek a tenth of everything, Abraham’s servant finding Rebekah, and even John visiting Heaven in Revelation and learning the Lamb was worthy to break the seals and open the scroll.  These stories remind us to offer ourselves freely, follow, and offer spiritual sacrifices to our Lord.
